Time
is Money... As we all know so determination of
fees for service depend on a number of factors which are
listed below: |

- Maturity level of the system: (0-3
months, 3-9 months, 9-12 months, 12 months or more...)
|
| |
- Size of the system (in gallons and
including physical dimensions)
|
| |
- Configuration of the display: Classic,
See-Through, Picture-frame, Corner-Unit or Island
|
| |
- Geographical location and/or remoteness of the home/office/aquarium.
|
| |
- Physical location of the system in
the home/office as well as ease-of-access to filtration
and the main display.
|

Livestock Policies and Warranty

All
Livestock from Nemo
Marine Systems has
been quarantined for one week minimum and has demonstrated
natural swimming and feeding behavior. Corals are quarantined
and guaranteed to be free from flatworms, aiptasia
or other pests.
If Nemo Marine Systems is
performing maintenance service, there is no charge
for livestock delivery and acclimation. |

- Fish/Shrimp Loss.
If a fish or shrimp delivered dies within 24 hours,
plase report it to us immediately, retrieve the fish
if possible (or take a photo if more practical).
You will not be charged for the fish. If the fish
dies after 24 hours but still within 36 hours, we
will split the cost of the fish with you.
- Coral Loss. We offer
expert advice and experience in suggesting and placing
corals in your aquarium. Corals cannot be guaranteed
unless the coral dies within 24 hours.
- "Guaranteed" Livestock. Nemo
Marine Systems offers guaranteed livestock.
For a premium price, Nemo Marine
Systems will replace any fish or invertebrate
loss.
